Butter Chicken done properly with bold flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp tikka paste
- 200ml cream
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in tikka paste.
- Cook chicken and set aside.
- Melt butter and cook garlic.
- Add tomatoes and simmer.
- Add cream and sugar.
- Return chicken and cook through.
