Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta done properly – big flavour, comfort food, and no shortcuts.
Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200ml cream
- Parmesan
- Butter
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
- Season and pan-fry chicken until golden.
- Remove chicken and cook garlic in butter.
- Add cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in parmesan and loosen with pasta water.
- Add pasta and sliced chicken, toss and serve.
