Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings done properly with bold flavour.
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Pat wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200°C for 35–40 minutes until crispy.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic, cook for 1 minute.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and chilli flakes and simmer.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelise.
