Ingredients
- 2 brioche buns
- 300g beef mince (we use 5%)
- Salt & pepper
- 2 slices American cheese
- Pickles
- Burger sauce
Instructions
- Divide beef into balls without compressing too much.
- Heat pan until smoking hot and smash beef flat.
- Season heavily and cook until crispy edges form.
- Flip, add cheese, and cook briefly.
- Toast buns in butter.
- Assemble with sauce, pickles, and burger.
